Where does Big Thirst ship to?
Big Thirst will ship to most U.S. states and Washington, D.C., where permitted by law. We are currently unable to ship to Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana (due to state law), Oklahoma, and Utah. Shipping eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my Big Thirst order?
If you need to make a change, please contact support at Help@bigthirst.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
No. We cannot ship to PO boxes, military bases, or forwarding locations (UPS/FEDEX access points, USPS, Walgreens, etc.). We recommend shipping to a residential address where someone 21+ is available.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $20 flat-rate shipping on orders under $200. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping (Glacier Distilling products only).
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–15 business days, depending on the destination. Processing times may be longer during holidays, presales, or backorders.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes. An adult 21+ must be present to sign for delivery. Carriers cannot leave alcohol shipments unattended.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Big Thirst at help@bigthirst.com (not Glacier Distilling directly) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
What happens if my delivery is unsuccessful?
Carriers may attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails due to an invalid address or no adult present, the order may be returned and a $20 reshipment fee will apply.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to help@bigthirst.com and we’ll do our best to help.
When will presale items ship?
Presale items are not shipped immediately. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
