Return & Refund Policy — Online Orders

This policy applies to purchases made through our online store (Bigthirst.glacierdistilling.com). Our tasting room in Coram, Montana has a separate in-person policy — ask our staff for details if you're purchasing on-site.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on online orders.

If your order arrives damaged
Contact Big Thirst at help@bigthirst.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of both the product and the packaging, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If there's any other issue with your order
Reach out to help@bigthirst.com and we'll do our best to help.

Who's handling my order
Glacier Distilling Company (10237 US Hwy 2 East, Coram, MT 59913) produces the spirits sold on this site. Order processing, payment, and shipping for online purchases are handled by our fulfillment partner, Big Thirst — that's why checkout happens on this domain and order support comes from help@bigthirst.com rather than Glacier Distilling directly.
